Our Loan Estimate Analyzer tool involves the processing of mortgage documents that contain sensitive financial information. The following practices apply specifically to the analyzer:
Document Processing
Uploaded Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure documents are processed using AI technology to extract relevant financial data. Document images are transmitted securely and are not retained beyond the processing period unless you create an account.
Data Extracted
We extract loan terms, interest rates, origination fees, third-party fees, and other financial details from your uploaded documents. We use this data solely to generate your analysis report and, if you opt in, to connect you with our mortgage services.
No Data Selling
We do not sell, rent, or trade the data extracted from your uploaded documents to any third party for marketing or any other purpose.
Retention
If you use the analyzer without creating an account, extracted data is retained for up to 30 days for quality assurance purposes and then permanently deleted. If you create an account or proceed to a loan application, data is retained in accordance with our standard retention policies.
Under GLBA, you have the right to opt out of certain information sharing with nonaffiliated third parties. If we intend to share your NPI with nonaffiliated third parties beyond the exceptions permitted by law, we will provide you with a clear and conspicuous opt-out notice and a reasonable opportunity to opt out before sharing.
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections to any inaccurate information. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information provided below.
You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email, contacting us directly, or adjusting your communication preferences in your account settings (if applicable).
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may limit functionality on our website. We respect browser-based opt-out signals including Global Privacy Control (GPC).
We honor Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. When we detect a DNT signal, we limit tracking to what is strictly necessary for website functionality and security.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and resolve disputes. For mortgage loan records, federal and state regulations generally require retention for a minimum of three to five years after the loan is paid off, transferred, or otherwise resolved. When personal information is no longer required, we securely dispose of it in accordance with our data destruction policies.
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
