When you interact with Lenddy.io, we may collect:

Financial Information
Income, employment history, assets, debts, bank account details, credit history

Loan amount requested, property details, loan purpose

Voluntarily Submitted Data
Anything you provide through forms, uploaded documents, or direct communication with our team

All data transmitted between your browser and Lenddy.io is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Data stored on our servers is also encrypted at rest.

Our systems are protected 24/7 by enterprise-grade firewalls. Configurations are regularly reviewed and updated to address evolving threats.
Multi-Factor Authentication
Accessing your loan file requires both your password and a secondary verification step, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access.
Secure Document Portal
We do not accept sensitive documents via unsecured email. All uploads occur through our encrypted borrower portal.
Session Timeouts
Your session automatically times out after inactivity to protect against unauthorized access from unattended devices.
Intrusion Detection & Monitoring
Our systems are continuously monitored for suspicious activity. Logs are maintained for audit and incident response.
Anti-Virus & Malware Protection
All systems handling borrower data run up-to-date anti-virus and anti-malware software, scanned regularly for threats.
Access to your information is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis.
All staff handling borrower data complete regular security training
Employee access is logged and audited
Access is immediately revoked upon employee departure
Employees are prohibited from transmitting borrower data through unauthorized channels
Lenddy may share information with vetted third-party partners — including credit bureaus, title companies, appraisers, underwriters, and technology vendors — only as necessary to process your loan. We require all partners to maintain data security standards consistent with our policies and applicable law.
We do not sell your personal information to marketers or unaffiliated third parties.
We maintain a written Information Security Program covering administrative, technical, and physical safeguards per the FTC Safeguards Rule.
We access consumer credit reports only for permissible purposes and with appropriate authorization.
We do not use trigger lead practices or share your credit inquiry data with unaffiliated lenders for unsolicited marketing.
Lenddy complies with state-specific mortgage and data security requirements in all states where we operate.
Use a strong, unique password for your Lenddy account
Never share your login credentials — we will never ask for your password
Watch for phishing emails — always verify communications come from a @lenddy.io address before clicking links or uploading documents
Verify wire transfer instructions by calling us directly before sending any funds — wire fraud is common in real estate
Use a secure, private network when uploading documents or accessing your loan file
Log out when done, especially on shared devices

In the unlikely event of a security incident, Lenddy will:
